The holiday home "Il Cortile delle Rose" is located in Ponte Valleceppi, a small fraction of the municipality of Perugia, in a quiet area immersed in the green path adjacent to the Tiber river; it is the ideal place for those who are looking for a stay in which to completely relax, from which they can easily reach the historic center of Perugia (5 minutes by car), the E45 highway (1 km) and the most famous tourist cities of the Umbrian landscape . The structure is completely new and in line with the most recent safety criteria; the accommodation has handcrafted furnishings in classic style, ceilings with exposed wooden beams and stone inserts, selected with taste and the utmost care. It has a private entrance, flat-screen TV, with all kitchen utensils, crockery and bed linen (pillows, duvets, pillowcases, sheets) and bath towels (large and small) for all guests, hairdryer and air conditioning. Guests can embark on a journey immersed in nature, being able to savor the colors and scents of the Tiber River and the green path in the immediate vicinity of the structure.
