Situated in the countryside of Apecchio in the town of Marche, is this lovely two bedroom cottage ideal for families or a group of 4. There?s a lush green garden with seating surrounding the property and provides much needed freshness to you. You can also relax by the pool in the garden. The cottage is located in a location that offers best of both worlds, and offers this serenity just 2km from the town centre which is the hub of shopping, dining and nightlife. Skiing is also available 15 km away. The fairy-tale cottage is beautifully furnished with a mix of traditional and modern décor and offers a double bed in each room. The cottage is spread over tow levels and offers a living room in each, with TV, sofa and fireplace. There?s a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your own meals or have a barbecue session in the garden grill. The nearest airport is Marche airport which is located 1.5 hours drive away. The swimming pool will open from June 1st, 2025 to September 30, 2025. Note : Final Cleaning fee to be paid at the property - 35 euro Group/Stay
