Located in Castelletto di Brenzone sul Garda, this charming apartment for two offers a breathtaking lake view that will leave you speechless from the very first moment. The accommodation features private parking, easily accessible directly from the road, and is literally just a few steps from the lake. Simply cross the street to take a swim, go for a walk, or make use of the two bicycles provided by the host, Celestina, available for you in the parking area. From the parking area, a staircase leads to the apartment entrance. Once inside, you are welcomed by a warm and functional living room. On the left, there is a dining table, perfect for enjoying a meal, sipping a good glass of wine, or chatting together. On the right, you will find a sofa bed, a Smart TV, and a door leading to the comfortable double bedroom, designed to ensure maximum rest. The entire apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi. To the left of the bedroom, a hallway leads to the kitchen, with the bathroom in the middle, equipped with a shower, sanitary facilities, and a large mirror. The kitchen features a tap with integrated micro-filtration system for drinking water, an induction hob, and is fully equipped with all the comforts needed for a wonderful stay. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. In case of arrival after 8:00 PM, a 30 late check-in fee will be charged, payable upon arrival. Check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A later departure is only possible upon request to the staff member who handled your check-in and will depend on the cleaning schedule. Please agree on your arrival and departure times in advance (at least one day before) with the check-in staff, so that we can accommodate your needs as best as possible.
