L'appartamento ha una dotazione molto ampia: frigo con congelatore, bistecchiera, macchina per caffè con cialde Lavazza, moka, lavastoviglie, forno, bilancina pesa alimenti,, lavatrice, asciugatrice, ferro da stiro, asse da stiro, stendibiancheria, tavolino con sedie nel balcone. phono, condizionatore sia in sala che in camera da letto, smart TV 45 pollici con collegamento HDMI e Chromecast, armadio guardaroba con grucce, mobiletto porta trolley, zona lavoro con wi fi fibra, lampada led e sedia regolabile. Provare per credere!
Avendo lavorato per anni a contatto con il pubblico, credo di aver appreso molto bene l'arte di "coccolare" le persone con cui vengo a contatto. Senza invadenza ma con molto calore. Abitando a Perugia da 45 anni ed avendo la fortuna di essere in pensione, siete invitati a chiedere gratuitamente qualsiasi informazione su qualsiasi argomento (itinerari, ristoranti, pizzerie, cinema, concerti, discoteche o sulla miriade di avvenimenti culturali che circonda come una nebulosa questa stupenda città in tutti i periodi dell'anno); sarà un piacere rispondere! Con un piccolo sovrapprezzo sono disponibile anche a fare l'accompagnatore sia in citta' che nei dintorni con un mezzo di mia proprieta'. Provare per credere!
Nell'arco di poche centinaia di metri troverete tutto quello che può servire: la stazione ferroviaria e quella della metro di superfice, capolinea bus, taxi, autonoleggio, farmacia, bancomat, bar, supermercato, tabacchi, edicola, Proprio sotto casa c'è la fermata del bus linea "R" che porta in centro in 20 minuti
