“La Villetta” and “Il Villino” are two independent apartments that are part of a residential complex surrounded by greenery. They feature a shared swimming pool with other units, a private courtyard with parking spaces, and a wonderful sea view, located in one of the most beautiful seaside areas of Sanremo, “Tre Ponti.” Il Villino (maximum 2 guests) A small but very charming 30 sqm studio apartment, newly built, featuring large windows that offer breathtaking sea views. Guests of Il Villino have access to two panoramic terraces, a solarium, and a garden where they can relax. Il Villino includes: A private garden of 500 sqm A large panoramic terrace and a solarium of 30 sqm One private parking space and a storage room for guests’ exclusive use A private swimming pool shared with five other residential units Note – IMPORTANT! The swimming pool is shared with other apartments The studio features a very comfortable double sofa bed from the Italian brand Family Bedding with a 20 cm mattress, a kitchenette, dining area, and bathroom. From the gate of "Il Villino & La Villetta", you can easily get to the longest cycle path of the Riviera dei Fiori, 24 km of sport, nature and rela. A few steps from the Villa there is the MD supermarket and the Bar / Restaurant La Vesca, where you can relax sipping a cocktail in a fantastic location overlooking the sea. Very close to the house are the most beautiful beaches of Sanremo, the beaches of the Three Bridges. The center can be reached on foot with a walk of about 30 minutes and by bike in 10 minutes.
