We live between Umbria and Sicily, and when at Casa Greppo, we will be happy to meet you on your arrival and, if necessary, we can be supportive for every need, ...or just to chat, with a good wine. We produce olive oil, sunflowers oil, cereals, some fruits and vegetables, and we will be very happy to offer you.

Here you will find general information about our agritourism: four self-contained cottages converted from an old farmhouse which, together with the farm, make up Agriturismo Casa Greppo. It is a splendid stone country farmhouse situated on a hill, 450 metres above sea level, with a magnificent view, near San Venanzo, in the most traditional and least known part of Umbria, halfway between Perugia, Todi and Orvieto. It forms part of a 20-hectare farm, set amongst olive groves, woods and fields of wheat and sunflowers, in a commanding position with a breathtaking view. The four houses are fully furnished and feature a fully equipped kitchen. They are fitted with independent heating via a natural gas boiler, which can be used during the colder months as required. For stays of more than 3 nights, a supplement applies, calculated at the current market rate and based on actual consumption. During the warmer months, air conditioning is available; this is a fixed wall-mounted unit that can be activated on request for a daily supplement. Three of the four houses also feature a wood-burning fireplace, with plenty of firewood provided. The farmhouse is complemented by a large swimming pool in a panoramic setting, accessible free of charge from May to October, and a wellness centre with a heated pool, sauna and Turkish bath, available all year round for private use, subject to booking and a charge. We also have a charging station for electric cars, available on request and subject to a surcharge. Each house has its own terrace, an outdoor area furnished for dining and relaxation, surrounded by olive and fruit trees, woods, sunflowers and cultivated hills, and you can unwind in the sunbathing area by the panoramic swimming pool or in the spa. ...and in no time at all you can easily reach Perugia, Todi, Orvieto, Lake Trasimeno, Montefalco, Assisi, Spoleto and many other wonderful places; we would also like to remind you that Rome and Florence are only 2 hours away.

Close to “Rotecastello”, medieval treasure with its sighting tower. Right round hills, valleys, multicolored fields and a lot of other small medieval villages, absolutely out of traditional tours. Let’s talk, e.g., about Civitella dei Conti, a little village on the top of a hill that has got traces of a fortification, or about other small villages such as: Collelungo, Poggio Aquilone, Civitella dei Conti, which gives the opportunity to make an excursion along the stream Fersinone, Montecastello di Vibio, little treasure seat of international summer stages of art and seat of the smallest active theatre in the world, Teatro della Concordia. You can also see Assisi, Spoleto, Todi or the nature and fluvial park of Tevere river, or other parks like Trasimeno lake or the Piano di Colfiorito. ...and Rome or Florence are 2 hours away.
