Historic building located in front of the Basilica of San Martino and the University building, the heart of the city of Martina Franca. The recently renovated apartments are located on two levels accessible by ancient stone and marble staircases. The balconies and the entrance are located on Piazza Plebiscito, the beating heart of Martina Franca teeming with people, sounds, scents and shows at any time of day or night

Since we were kids, my wife and I dreamed of transforming this ancient family palace to host tourists, even though all our friends believed it was impossible Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022). Summer: the average temperature must not be lower than 24/22 °C for all types of buildings. Winter: average temperatures must not exceed 19/21 °C. The stone roofs from the 1700s which are very high in winter maintain the internal temperature of around 20.23 degrees and no higher despite the use of electronic means.
