Hi, we would like to introduce you our house. We named it 'Il Sestante' ('The Sextant') for its maritime location: it's positioned just a couple of steps from the sea. The newly built house is equipped with all kind of comforts and it's welcoming all year around, no matter the season. Each morning we offer breakfast with home-made cakes and seasonal fruit served on the yard facing the sea. The rooms are air-conditioned with modern and noiseless machines. Each room has its TV, a small refrigerator, a kettle, all the linen and a spacious wardrobe. The house has plenty of outdoor spaces including a green yard and a porch.
