Gli appartamenti si trovano in una palazzina restaurata di recente. Trattasi di un vecchio convento di suore in uso nel '700. Gli appartamenti sono usati solo per affitti brevi, pertanto escluso il piano attico abitato da me, non ci sono altre interferenze se non quelle degli eventuali ospiti. L'immobile e' situato in pieno centro storico, a ridosso del vecchio Teatro Verdi. Il parcheggio e' vicinissimo, si trova ad appena 100 metri.
