Once the owner’s grandmother’s house, it still preserves a warm, family atmosphere rich in history. The apartment is set in a characteristic building close to the railway station and is accessed via an external staircase (approximately fifth floor). This convenient location makes it easy to explore all the Cinque Terre villages by train. Train passages may be heard when windows are open, while double-glazed windows ensure good sound insulation, especially at night. Large windows offer lovely views over the surrounding vineyards and the colourful houses of Vernazza, creating a truly authentic village setting. The apartment features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a large shower and a bright living area with dining table and double sofa bed. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms and living room, along with autonomous heating and natural ventilation. At the entrance, a small patio with a bench under a vine provides a pleasant outdoor corner for relaxing or enjoying a coffee.
