La Casa Del Sole is a vacation rental property located in Casamaggiore Perugia, Umbria. La Casa Del Sole can sleep up to 6 people (5 adults and 1 child) with 2 bedrooms (additional 1 single sofa bed) and 2 bathrooms. Offers air-conditioning and Free Wi-Fi. Enjoy your own private pool (West Facing) with barbecue. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure. The tax amount is set at 2 Euros  per day per person up to 3 consequential nights . Children under 13 years of age are exempt from this tax. This is paid upon arrival to the local agent. The house heating is set at 10 Euros per day paid directly to the owner.
