The apartment is located on the 9th floor of a complex overlooking the bay of Levanto. The thing that makes it unique is the beautiful terrace with a splendid view of the gulf and the village. Priceless is to watch one of the sunsets where the sun seems to plunge into the sea on the horizon, maybe while you are sipping your drink.
All guests are welcome especially if families with children. I try to always be present at the reception even if this is not my main activity; I manage a pharmacy in La Spezia but I do my best to welcome my guests personally also because I like very much to know them in person and exchange experiences with them.
The residential complex where my apartment is located is very close to the beach, a five minute walk to the city center where you can find restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, etc. In ten minutes on foot, along a long tree-lined avenue you reach the railway station from which depart , every quarter of an hour, local trains to the Cinque Terre and to La Spezia and always in ten minutes, along the whole promenade, you arrive to the small port of Pietra from which the boats leave to visit the Cinque Terre by sea until to Portovenere. It is also possible to go through the tunnels of the old railway line, now in disuse, either on foot or by renting bicycles, to reach the nearby Bonassola and Framura, meeting along the way beautiful coves where you can stop to swim in the summer.
