Entirely in energy class A, equipped with all the latest generation comforts. The GARDALAND amusement park is 3 km away, the CANEVAWORLD amusement park is 7 km away. 3 km away is the town of Peschiera del Garda, from which it is possible to take the A4 motorway that connects Venice, Milan, Turin, etc.. At 4 km there is the Terme di Colà. At 500 metres it is possible to take the SR11 ring road that conveniently connects all the most interesting towns in the area. A few metres from the villa there is a shopping area with 2 supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants and all the necessary services.
