Welcome to Valentina's Yellow House! 💛 I'm sure you will feel at home. The space The flat is about 70 square metres on the first floor. From the window of the room you can admire a glimpse of Lake Como. The flat consists of a bathroom, corridor, living room, kitchen, terrace and bedroom. Bathroom: washing machine and dryer for guest use, shampoo and shower gel available. The kitchen is fully equipped: it has various crockery, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, juicer, moka, blender.... for cooking as at home. In the living room, the sofa can become a single bed. Extra services: fast Wi-Fi network, Smart TV for pairing your own accounts, TV with digital channels, memory pillows for extra comfort, speakers for listening to music, playing cards, books in various languages and colouring books for relaxing. Please note that the flat is situated in a quiet area; guests are asked to take particular care to observe the building regulations (which are displayed in the flat and in the communal stairwell). Guest access The flat can be reached: - By car (with private garage for guests' cars) - On foot: 15 minutes from the train station or 10 minutes on foot from the village centre! Please note: the road is in the last part uphill. If necessary, there is a shuttle service to/from the station -By municipal service bus (bus stop a few metres away) From the main car (or bus) road you have to walk down a small slope, arriving on foot from the village the road is in the last part uphill.
