Il lago di Garda oltre allo splendido panorama offre la possibilità di praticare numerosi sport tra cui windsurf, kite, vela, mountain bike, arrampicata e trekking. Numerosi sentieri escursionistici vi permetteranno di ammirare il lago in tutta la sua bellezza. Molti percorsi ciclabili e suggestivi itinerari per mountain bike sono raggiungibili dalla casa direttamente in mtb, così come la ciclabile lungo il fiume Sarca che in breve porta ad Arco. Nella Stagione invernale siamo a 10 minuti di auto dal caratteristico mercatino di Natale di Arco e dalla funivia Malcesine - Monte Baldo da dove si può godere di uno straordinario panorama e cimentarsi sulle piste da sci
