La Casina, very bright and well finished apartment, is located in the heart of Antignano and is close to the sea (250m real) La Casina is part of an old building and has been recently restored. You will have: double bedroom (sleeping 2 - French bed 140x200) with walk-in wardrobe, double bedroom / studio (sleeping 2 - French bed 140x200), bathroom with shower, kitchen, balcony and living room. It has all the amenities included in the price: heating, dishwasher, TV and WiFi. The apartment is located on the first floor which is accessed through the central stairs. The building entrance is on the main road with parking possibilities in the neighboring streets. Closest attractions are: Free and Equipped Beaches, Sailing Club with its School, SUP and Wind Surf School/renting locations, Golf Course, Tennis and Soccer. Guests will have at their disposal all of the Casina's facilities including the use of existing appliances (dishwasher, espresso machine, fridge / freezer, kitchen with electric oven, toaster, centrifuge, planetary robot, iron and ironing board, TV with DVD player and PS2).

I lived in Casina until recently. Now after I have moved out of town I decided to put the apartment at the disposal of the guests that they can enjoy the wonderful location and the well-groomed interiors. I like to travel and in fact you will find in Casina objects from different parts of the world. I'm also fond of Photography and Road Biking.

Antignano was originally a fishing village detached from the city to which it slowly joined and became the southernmost suburbs. The village is equipped with all the major services that are within 150mt from Casina: bakery, groceries, tobacconists, restaurants, post office, bus stops (direct city center line), ATM ... In 5 / 7km you can easily reach the city center and the seaport station. The Navy's Military Academy is easily accessible along the avenue to the sea for 4km to the city. The city is reachable both by car and by public transport: below the house is the stop of the LAM red line (frequency every 30min) otherwise at 200mt, on the seafront, there is the stop of LAM Blue (frequency every 15min). The nearest airport is Pisa, which can be reached in 25 minutes of travel, which is generally very slim because the SS1 variant is avoided crossing the city.
