La Chianca - Suits & Apartments owes its name to the light-coloured stone slabs typical of Apulian architecture with which the charming streets of Putignano's historic centre are entirely covered. The property is located in the historic centre just a few metres from Putignano's most renowned bars/restaurants where you can enjoy excellent drinks and typical local foods. The property is far enough away from the usually more crowded areas to be able to stay and spend the night in total relaxation, but at the same time it is within easy walking distance of supermarkets/restaurants and various shops. La Chianca - Suits & Apartments is spread over three floors: 1st floor) triple bedroom with 2-seater Jacuzzi (suitable for small families and couples seeking relaxation), private bathroom and kitchen. Cosy and intimate atmosphere. 2nd floor) 4-bed suite with wonderful rear shower to bed, complete with private bathroom, kitchen and communicating with the 3rd floor and terrace with 4-seater whirlpool tub 3rd floor) double bedroom with private bathroom connected by internal staircase to 2nd floor and with terrace outside with heated 4-seater Jacuzzi and relaxation/smoking area. Suitable for large families (6 beds in total) and couples seeking relaxation. The accommodation has been completely modernised, furnished and equipped to allow all guests a unique and comfortable stay within the cool stone walls. The renovation work will be completed in March 2024 Free parking is allowed in the peripheral areas outside the historic centre, as this is a ZTL zone (about 50 m from the accommodation). Free parking "Parking | Piazza Enrico Berlinguer | Mercato boario in Via Noci, Putignano, 70017 (BA)" except on Wednesdays of all weeks due to MARKET.
The facility is approx: - about 40 min by car from Bari - about 30 min by car from Monopoli much appreciated for its wide and sandy beaches as well as its crystal-clear waters - about 25 min by car from Polignano a mare famous for the beauty of its waters, the characteristic Apulian limestone cliffs and its urban landscape - about 10 min by car from Alberobello very famous for its Trulli, thanks to which it is on the UNESCO World Heritage list
