“Tout est neuf. Jolie vue du balcon de la grande chambre. La clé est dans un coffret sécurisé qui permet d'arriver quand on veut mais il faut prendre rendez-vous avec la propriétaire pour lui montrer ses papiers d'identité et payer la taxe....”

Casa ristrutturata di recente e situata in zona tranquilla e soleggiata. Tutte le camere, inclusi i due bagni, sono dotati di finestre. La camera da letto al primo piano presenta un balcone con una splendida vista su Modica. Al piano terra, sul retro, un piccolo giardino permette di rilassarsi, leggere o gustare un buon caffè. La casa è composta da: piano terra con ingresso soggiorno, lavanderia, bagno, cucina e piccolo giardino sul retro; primo piano con cameretta, camera da letto e bagno. La casa può ospitare al massimo 6 persone.
La casa ha vicino farmacia, negozi di alimentari, bar e tavola calda. Parcheggio gratuito davanti casa e percorrendo a piedi vicoli caratteristici e suggestivi in pochi minuti si raggiunge il centro storico.
