Dimoramica LTB is a charming 50m2 apartment for short stays and holidays, nestled in a characteristic 18th-century alley in the historic center of Foligno. It was designed to offer guests comfort, independence, and privacy in a welcoming, well-kept, and familiar environment, where hygiene and cleanliness are not illusions to be shown in cover photos. We offer our guests free parking for the entire duration of their stay—a true rarity for accommodations in the historic center! Furthermore, the apartment's location allows you to explore Foligno easily on foot while also providing access to all the amenities offered by the city center. The entrance opens onto the main room, divided into a living room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, and multifunction oven. Kitchen utensils, dishes, a coffee maker, a kettle, and necessary linens are also provided. The living area is equipped with: - table and chairs in the dining area; - Double sofa bed (French-style) with ottoman/coffee table; - A small sideboard with drawers and two wall cabinets; - A large 50" 4K LED TV; - A soundbar with Bluetooth connectivity; - Wi-Fi and 4 free streaming TV services (Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, Tim Vision) The bedroom features: - A full-size bed (160x200 cm) with an orthopedic mattress and a built-in memory foam topper - Bed linens and 4 pillows (2 memory foam and 2 polyester); - Two bedside tables with wall sconces/lamps; - A fully equipped 2-door wardrobe - A mirror and a swivel chair.
