In the farmhouse, in a large green park of about one hectare, there is a swimming pool with a paved solarium with deckchairs and beach umbrellas and also a car/motorbike parking area, bicycles with which to take long rides, reaching the nearby lake of Montepulciano, a natural oasis ideal for fishing and birdwatching. It is possible to use a barbecue, a communal laundry/ironing room, a green area equipped with garden chairs and tables.The farmhouse enjoys a strategic position and an extraordinary panorama, advisable for those who enjoy a peaceful and serene stay and for those who want an experience in the countryside in contact with nature.
The farmhouse used for agritourism is located in Umbria on the border with Tuscany, in a hilly area 354 m above sea level, about 8 km from Lake Trasimeno, about 15 km from Lake Chiusi and about 2 km from Lake Montepulciano in Tuscany. The Casale can be reached from the A1 motorway, Chiusi - Chianciano Terme exit, which is about 20 km away, and from the Perugia - Bettolle highway, Castiglione del Lago exit, which is about 18 km away. From the farmhouse it is also possible to reach the major Umbrian and Tuscan art centres (Perugia, Assisi, Città della Pieve, Cortona, Chiusi, Montepulciano, Pienza, Siena, Arezzo, etc.).
