La Limonaia - located in Tremezzo - is the former greenhouse that was dedicated to storing lemon trees in the winter, of the original Villa Meyer. Located in a portion of the private park of the early 20th-century villa, La Limonaia is a part of a small residential complex with a shared pool, it offers a large garden and a private swimming pool, with free parking inside (just 20 meters from the villa entrance, there is a charging point for electric cars). The vacation home, measuring 75 square meters in total, offers a double bedroom on the upper floor with an adjoining but separable area with a single bed, as well as a loft with another single bed. On the ground floor, there is a living room with TV, free WiFi, and a large, newly built open kitchen with a dining table and equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and refrigerator. The large, antique windows offer a pleasant view of the garden and private swimming pool. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower, toilet, bidet, and hairdryer. Towels and sheets are also provided at this vacation home. The private outdoor area features a dining table with sun umbrella and two sun loungers to be found by the pool for sunbathing and relaxing.
