It accommodates up to 3 guests and features 1 bedroom with a double bed and a separate bunk bed area, as well as 1 bathroom with a shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, and kettle. Additional amenities include a private TV, washing machine, and hairdryer. From the two private balconies, you can enjoy mountain views. Outside, a shared garden awaits you with stunning views of the valley and Mont Blanc. For your enjoyment, there is a communal playground and ping pong table, while the surrounding woods are perfect for hiking and mountain biking right from the village. The property includes 1 private covered parking space in a shared garage, with additional street parking available. Events are not permitted. Bike and ski storage are available in the parking space and private cellar. Access to the village is reserved for residents, and there is a bar/restaurant on-site, but no shops.
