Our apartment is located in the heart of Spinea, 12 km from the historic center of Venice; it is the perfect accommodation to spend some days in complete tranquility, away from the stress that large tourist cities can entail. The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys. Linen and utilities are included in the price. Getting around both by bus and train is very simple. There are buses at all hours of the day that take you to the nearby train station of Mestre, Spinea and Venice, from where you can reach other important cities in the Veneto such as Treviso, Padua and Verona. The connections are continuous. The cost of bus and train tickets is less than 3 euros.

The area is very quiet despite boasting a central location. Convenient to all services and public transport, it is easily accessible by bus, train and car. There are free parking areas, banks, supermarkets, bars and restaurants near the apartment. The Spinea train station is just a 10 minute walk away while the Via Roma "Alfieri" bus stop is 50m away from where you can reach Mestre and Venezia Isola directly. The nearest airport is Venice Marco Polo, 17 km away.
