Ground-floor apartment comprising a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a single bed, and a bathroom with shower. It features a TV, air conditioning in the bedroom, an outdoor area furnished with a table and chairs, and a reserved parking space approximately 300 meters away. The apartment is located within the restricted traffic zone, which can only be accessed on the day of arrival and departure. Pets are welcome (small pets are welcome, subject to a surcharge). Linens are not included.
