I live in Kaltern/South Tyrol and enjoy introducing my guests to my home region. It is important to me that everyone feels welcome and well looked after right from the start. I am happy to give personal tips on hikes, bike tours, swimming spots on Lake Kaltern, or good restaurants and wineries in the area. I run Residence La Terrazza with great care and attention to detail—peace, cleanliness, and a relaxed atmosphere are my top priorities. Many guests particularly appreciate the personal service and enjoy coming back.

Residence La Terrazza offers well-maintained vacation apartments in Kaltern in a sunny location, just a few minutes' walk from the town center. Thanks to its easy accessibility, the residence is an ideal starting point for excursions in the surrounding area. The seven individually designed apartments have either a balcony or a bright conservatory, depending on the apartment. On the first floor, there is a spacious panoramic terrace with a conservatory, which is available to all guests and is perfect for relaxing or socializing. Hiking and cycling trails start in the immediate vicinity and lead through the vineyards to Lake Kaltern, which can be reached in a few minutes. Wi-Fi, parking, and a guest pass for use of public transportation in South Tyrol are included.

Residence La Terrazza is centrally located above the historic center of Kaltern. The town center with its restaurants, cafés, shops, and wineries is within easy walking distance. Lake Kaltern—one of the warmest swimming lakes in the Alps—is only a few minutes away and ideal for swimming, cycling, or walking. Numerous hiking and cycling trails through the vineyards and surrounding hills start directly from the residence. Caldaro is particularly popular with active vacationers and connoisseurs: in spring and fall, the sunny location and wine-growing landscape invite you to take relaxing tours, while in summer Lake Caldaro provides cooling refreshment. Thanks to the Guest Pass, guests can also easily reach many excursion destinations by public transport.
