La Terrazza is an apartment of 90 square meters aprozimately, located on the second floor of a noble palazzo. The added value of this apartment is surely being the terrace that opens to a stunning view of the Valdichiana and Cortona. The living area is well distributed between the kitchen and the living room. The latter has a nice and comfortable sofa from which you can admire the view even while sitting inside. The apartment has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower to allow everyone their own privacy. The balcony is furnished with outdoor furniture and a table and chairs to spend convivial and relaxing moments, admiring sunrises and sunsets.

Neighborhood info

La Terrazza is located close to the central square Piazza della Repubblica and the beautiful Town Hall. This beautiful medieval town is rich in history and art, but also excellent restaurants (such as Osteria del Teatro or Trattoria Toscana), cafes (Bar Signorelli) and ice-cream parlors. All are within walking distance from La Terrazza. Guests can visit Museo Diocesano or take a stroll all the way up to the top of the hill, where the Church of Santa Margherita is located. Given its location in the historic center, there is no parking adjacent to the property, but you can leave your car in one of the free parking lots outside the walls, about 10 minutes' walk from the apartment. Thanks to its location, Cortona is the ideal starting point to explore Tuscany and Umbria, either by train or by car.
