Nuovo Monolocale posto a 100 metri dall' ingresso del porto imbarchi Moby, Toremar, Corsica Ferries, Msc Crociere ecc.. Con ampio parcheggio gratuito. A circa 600 metri dal caratteristico quartiere Venezia, 1,5 Km dal Centro città e Pisa a 18 Km.
