La Villina Zù is composed of two completely renovated and completely independent apartments that can be rented together or separately. La Villina is located directly on the lake, it has only a private garden for the exclusive use of guests that separates it from direct access into the water: an incredible location. La Villina is situated in a private area and is therefore a perfect place to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the lake. The garden is equipped with sunbeds, tables and a bbq. An unforgettable location.

Neighborhood info

Riva di Solto is a pretty village on the shores of Lake Iseo, which has preserved a priceless values for today: the tranquility. In fact the town is immersed in a breathtaking setting, between the green of the hills and the blue of the lake. In addition to the romantic atmosphere that characterize the town, there are many attractions for all the year and for all ages. For people who love sports, there are many activities to do on the lake, such as sailing, windsurfing, wakeboarding, kayaking or rowing. Furthermore, there is the possibility of practicing winter sports in the nearby ski areas. There are also facilities for playing tennis, soccer, volleyball, basketball or swimming. If you like nature and being outdoors, you can go on various excursions on foot, on horseback or by mountain bike on the hills or pre-Alps nearby. You could also take a boat trip on Lake Iseo and go to the beautiful Montisola, the largest island of all European lakes. Last but not least, in the vicinity there are also several culinary specialties to be discovered such as the Franciacorta wines and local products produced by local farms.
