The view from our room on the third floor was amazing! It was cozy with a very nice bathroom, and again, the view! Even though it was chilly in the morning, we had to spend time on the balcony. The included breakfast was phenomenal along with perfect cappuccinos. We couldn't have asked for more for our first night in Italy, and would gladly stay here again!

The view is fantastic, the windows keep the road noise out, the couch and beds are comfortable, there is a lovely walk between stone walls and olive trees right down the road. A waiter told us it is one of the prettiest locations on the lake and we agree with that! The porch gets early morning sun and it's so lovely to look at the lake with your coffee. You can walk down the hill to the lakeside shops and cafes. It's a short drive to Lovere and Pisgone, and we walked the Strada Antica Valeriana one day also. The fenced yard is a huge bonus to dog owners-it comes complete with cats!

Everything was just perfect – a lovely room with a truly breathtaking view. The town is small but very charming, and it’s only a short trip to Lovere. There’s also a nice local restaurant right next door. Parking is easy with plenty of spaces around.

We loved the island; so peaceful and beautiful. A different way to experience the Italian Lakes. Paolo, our host, made us so welcome. He is so proud of the island and has many recommendations to make your stay perfect. He also makes a delicious torte for breakfast. We used the local bus to visit the town by the shore, just a short ride away. Here there were choices of restaurants and stunning views of the lake.

Riva di Solto is a small and picturesque lakeside village — peaceful, authentic, and undeniably charming. But be aware: very little happens here. Even on weekends, the town remains extremely quiet, with only 1–2 restaurants open and hardly any signs of typical tourist activity. It has a lovely lakeside promenade and beautiful views, but beyond that, there’s really not much going on — no nightlife, no shops, no attractions. The atmosphere is slow, relaxed, and, at times, a bit retired in spirit. This is a place for people who truly want to disconnect, avoid crowds, and enjoy a slice of quiet, traditional Italy. If you're looking for energy, entertainment, or variety — this is probably not the right place for you.

This is the perfect place for a quiet, romantic getaway.

This is the perfect place for a quiet, romantic getaway. If you are looking for 'party central', it's not for you. You are among locals that do their best to speak English and tolerate your bad Italian. It is seriously one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. A great local restaurant, some great cafes. And the woman that runs the little grocery is fabulous!

A very pretty small little village directly on the lake, with 2 small shops, pharmacy , 2 restaurants and 3 cafe bars , it has a nice little promenade with many local people out for family walk’s enjoy the view which was breathtaking

The villa was fabulous, marvellous views that exceeded expectation. Rooms were spacious. We were very comfortable there. We could walk to an excellent local pizzeria, Bellavista, which did takeaway too. Riva di Solto is a short walk, about 15 minutes down, 20 minutes back (uphill!) and a lovely little village with a regular boat service to all parts of the lake. We were a little hot overnight and air conditioning would have been a welcome addition to the facilities.

Loved the hotel and it had the most amazing views of the beautiful lake. The restaurant was superb. Not happy to be charged 5 Euros each for asking for another towel each . We were told to use our room towels for the pool when we asked for pool towels which we did. We were never told there would be an extra charge for this service.

The apartment is in a small settlement called riva di solto right on the shore of lake Iseo. Couldn't be a better location. A beautiful and romantic apartment with a wonderful view of the lake and direct access to it. The apartment is beautifully decorated, very cozy and comfortable. They definitely thought of every detail here for the benefit of the guests (including a washing machine and a drying facility). The owner of the place is charming and patient We had so much fun! Hope to come back again!

I agree with the other reviews. The location is excellent, and the apartment is very clean. Everything is perfect, especially in the kitchen. The complete set of chargers is also worth mentioning. The owner is very helpful and friendly, and easy to communicate with. Riva is not only a beautiful town but also a great base for further travel.

Excellent and super available staff, they are responsive to any request and give really good suggestions/recommendations. Location is great with a great view. The hotel is super clean and the food, both breakfast and dinner excellent. The quality of the products is superb. Strongly recommended if you are planning to go visit the Iseo Lake.

Absolutely recommended family run hotel in a beautiful place. The owners and staff were so kind and friendly, we felt like at home. The rooms and the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was plenty, and erverything was super celan. Very convenient to have the possibility to dine in. Hope to return soon!

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, with lovely bathrooms and tasteful décor. The location is excellent, and we loved feeling as if we had our own little home in Riva di Solto. Communication with Cristina was excellent and everything was easy from arrival to departure.
