In a unique location just a few steps from the lake, with direct access to the promenade connecting Garda and Bardolino, this lovely ground floor flat with private garden can accommodate five guests - and their pets - and provides two parking spaces.

Neighborhood info

In a position more unique than rare, on the promenade that connects Garda to Bardolino, from the private garden you have direct access to the beach and the path that allows you to reach Bardolino and Garda on foot or by bike. Various water sports are also offered, including paddling, wakeboarding and parasailing. The area is lively and populated with tourists during the day, quieter and more relaxing in the late evening. If you want to go out for a drink in the evening without taking your car, you will find several kiosks/bars located along the pedestrian walkway connecting the two towns. From the private car park (2 parking spaces) you can, however, take the Gardesana road directly to your favourite destination.
