The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out. In accordance with Italian law, we are required to register all guests (including minors) through online check-in with photo ID and selfie recognition (certified system). The process is simple and takes about 10 minutes. Once completed, you will automatically receive all the necessary instructions for independent access to the property. If you prefer, in-person check-in with our staff is available for an additional fee of EUR 50. In-person check-in must be completed by 7:00 PM. Please let us know your arrival time the day before.
