Company info

In May 2019 opened our Café Laube35 in the historical city center of Sterzing. The bar has now become a popular meeting place for a hot coffee or a sparkling aperitif with friends. Since autumn 2020 four individually furnished apartments are rented above the Café. A central but quiet location is offered. The Rosskopf skiing and hiking area (Monte Cavallo) is not far (5 minutes) from the holiday apartments. Hope to see you soon at Laube35 in Sterzing!

Property info

Our 4 apartments are located in the heart of the pedestrian zone of Sterzing (Vipiteno) and only a 5-minute walk away from the Rosskopf ski and hiking area (Monte Cavallo). WiFi and parking spaces are available. The holiday apartments are in the same building as our Laube35 Café. Our guests have the opportunity to start the day with a delicious cappuccino and end it with a cozy glass of red wine under the historical arbours. You prefer to have breakfast in your apartment? Order a breakfast basket! All apartments are individually furnished, have a private bathroom and offer satellite TV, a hairdryer, a kettle and a coffee machine (mocha or taps). In all apartments you can find a fully equipped kitchen. The bus and train station is a 10-minute walk away. The city bus stop is located directly behind the building and will take you to all the important places in Sterzing (including the Monte Cavallo ski and hiking area). Innsbruck is approx. 60 km and Bozen (Bolzano) approx. 70 km away. A young team is looking forward to you!

You can find us right in the heart of the Sterzing pedestrian zone. The area is perfect for hikers, skiers and cyclists. The Rosskopf skiing and hiking area (Monte Cavallo) is a 5-minute walk away. Behind the building is a city bus stop. The bus can take you to all important places in Sterzing.
