⚠️Minimum stay 3 days⚠️ The original farmhouse, which dates back to the 1600s, has been recently renovated highlighting the original oak beams and bricks. Each one of the six rooms is unique and offers a different view onto this vast property and the surrounding hills. The only noises that can be heard are the distant bells of the nearby churches and the chirping of birds. Owner Damiano Scalici decided to move here after a life of working internationally. His interests and worldwide experience are reflected in the home's warm decor: Afghan chairs, Congolese paintings and Turkmen carpets are tastefully placed around the spacious common areas, while his essential and clean style pervades the entire property. From the harvest of his fertile land, Damiano produces wine and extra virgin olive oil with natural methods. You can savour them during the evening aperitivo that Damiano offers by the pool side in summer, or by the fireplace in winter. (And if you like them, you can also take them home.) Locally-sourced fruit, cheese and jams, combined with sourdough bread and the house's own eggs, make for a delicious and healthy breakfast.

Surrounded by 22 hectares of park, which include a vineyard and an olive grove, this property is just two hours away from Rome and Florence. From this strategic location in the heart of central Italy you can quickly reach several historic towns in Umbria and Tuscany while resting in an oasis of nature. You can walk to the Tiber River and catch it before it flows all the way to Rome, or explore the area’s evocative treks and bike trails. You can also easily reach the famous historical towns of Assisi, Gubbio and Perugia, as well as the less-known Medieval boroughs of Todi, Monte Castello di Vibio and Torgiano.
