Please note that Check-in is at the agency IC Immobiliare - Via Carducci 39, Portoferraio. Opening hours: 10/13 and 16/19. The apartment Le Ginestre is in Rio Elba, one of the oldest towns of the island. There isn’t a great variety of beaches around Rio, but its beaches are really spectacular. Among them, there are the renowned Ortano, Cala Seregola, Nisporto and Nisportino Beaches. Le Ginestre is a nice one-bedroom apartment with independent access via an external staircase, ideal for accommodating 2 to 4 guests. The apartment features a cozy living room with a double sofa bed and an equipped kitchenette (4-burner gas hob, refrigerator with small freezer), TV, one bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Outside, there is a comfortable furnished area for outdoor dining, equipped with a table and chairs. The apartment is furnished in a modern and comfortable style. The property also includes a private uncovered parking space located at the back of the house.
