The villa offers a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, and a lovely private garden with a small swimming pool — ideal for unwinding after a day at Lake Garda. The lake is just 5 minutes away by car, with the nearest beach offering a full range of water sports. 🍽️ Breakfast Options Breakfast is self‑service, giving you the freedom to enjoy it any time before 11:00 AM. If you book the Italian-style breakfast, you’ll find a simple, classic selection available for free: coffee and teas, toast with jams, fresh fruit, yogurt, cornflakes and milk. For guests who prefer something more substantial, an English breakfast (ham, cheese, eggs, bacon, etc.) is available for an additional cost per person per day.
