We have 2 small apartments that we try to manage in a 'family' way, trying to make guests feel at home, giving them small services that can in some way make their stay with us pleasant and enjoyable.

The one-room apartment is located on the first floor (with independent access) and has 1 bedroom with double bed and bunk bed (total 4 beds), living room with kitchen, bathroom and without terrace. The two-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor with an internal garden and independent access. It has a double bedroom and a bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed (total sleeping accommodations 5), living room with kitchen and bathroom. They are equipped with all comforts and completely renovated. For the summer period, from May to September, we offer a beach place (umbrella and 2 sunbeds) 100 meters from the structure and a guarded parking space about 300 meters away. for each apartment. Available on site, bed linen and bath towels for a fee. As paid services, we offer you visits to the islands of Venice with our private boat and with our ASI Professional Cycling Guides recognized by the FCI, we will accompany you to discover our Northern Lagoon of Venice.

We are located in Via Dante Alighieri, defined as the "little living room of Jesolo". Area in great expansion with 2 new and prestigious 5-star hotels, modern housing constructions in every area of the street which make it more and more captivating and refined every year, but which has managed to maintain its main characteristic, its being a little reserved.....From April Stefano Cycle Tourist Guide, upon reservation, will be able to accompany you by bike to visit our beautiful lagoon and the surrounding area between the Sile and Piave rivers. Bike, MTB and Ebike rental service with home delivery upon reservation.
