As owner-operators, we live on the property and personally oversee all aspects of the guest experience. Our approach is centered on professionalism, attention to detail, and creating a welcoming environment where guests can fully relax and enjoy their stay. We currently manage a single boutique property, allowing us to remain fully focused on quality, consistency, and personalized service. Lo Smarrino Agriturismo is a boutique countryside bed and breakfast set within a peaceful oak forest in the hills of Umbria, just 10 km from the historic center of Gubbio. The property offers four guest rooms and one suite, accommodating up to 14 adult guests, creating an intimate setting designed for relaxation, quiet, and complete recharge. Easily accessible yet immersed in nature, Lo Smarrino offers the perfect balance between countryside seclusion and cultural exploration. The property combines traditional character with refined comfort, where attention to detail enhances the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape. We live on the property and personally oversee the guest experience, alongside our animals including dogs, hens, and horses—adding to the authentic charm of the agriturismo setting. Guests can enjoy a range of curated experiences, including truffle hunting, horseback activities, cooking classes, yoga, massage, trekking, and mountain biking. Each morning, a generous homemade breakfast—both sweet and savory—is served in our breakfast room. We are settled in a lush forest, at the end of 800 mas dirt road that is very accessible with any kind of vehicle. Around us you see only nature, nothing else. However we are not that remote as we are only 10km from Gubbio center. the nearest supermarket, bakery, bar and butcher are in Mocaiana village, only 4km away.
