The Luca apartment, located in Bonassola, offers a beautiful view of the Ligurian Sea. The 60 m² property accommodates up to 4 guests and features a living room with sofa bed, kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. Amenities include a TV and washing machine. There is no Wi-Fi or air conditioning. Guests have access to a shared garden. The location is ideal for enjoying Bonassola beach, the Levanto-Framura cycle path, numerous hiking trails, and the nearby Cinque Terre. The property provides private parking and free street parking. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. Waste separation is required. Please note that only one set of keys is provided. Late check-in is possible for an extra fee. The apartment must be left tidy, with dishes washed and waste properly disposed of, or additional charges may apply. The included welcome kit provides one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and soap.
