Ideal for those traveling by car. Free parking in front of the house and nearby. 65sqm apartment with a breathtaking view of Lake Como. Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Small garden ideal for sunbathing for the exclusive use of guests.

Directly on the provincial road SP72 (Bellano-Colico), easily accessible by car, free parking in front of the house. About 600 meters from grocery stores and supermarkets. The apartment is located in a splendid period villa of the late 800s, directly overlooking the lake with a breathtaking view! The train station is 800 meters from the apartment, as are the bus stops. About 4 kilometers away is the village of Bellano where you can take the boat. About 10 kilometers away is the village of Varenna where you can take the ferry. About 8 kilometers away is the village of Colico where you can take the boat. Availability on site to use the taxi service. Free parking is available in front of and around the house.
