Brand new property, recently renovated, full of comfort, in the historic center of Rome one step away from every other attraction and public transport, combining the scent of history with the elegance of a modern and fresh.

The structure in the historic center of Rome is surrounded by the Colosseum and 3 major basilicas: - St. John Lateran, the first church of Rome and former residence of Pope - St. Mary Major, the first basilica dedicated to the Virgin Mary - Holy Cross in Jerusalem that houses the relics of the Holy Cross of Christ unique. Also you can see the Roman aqueduct of Nero and many other monuments. The area, quiet, safe and residential is the center of public transport, with the Metro at 100 mt. and it has all kinds of facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shops for shopping. The ideal starting point for visiting the Eternal City.
