The newly renovated flat is on the second floor (no lift). The flat gets a lot of natural sunlight and is quiet, and is only 5 minutes away from the city centre. There is an outdoor public car park in front of the house. Equipped with every comfort, it is ideal for a couple with children. It has a bedroom with an XL bed (180x200), a armchair bed (140x190 - perfect for 2 kids) and on request, a cot (at no extra cost). You’ll also find a washing machine and dishwasher in the flat and everything you need for cooking. It also features underfloor heating and a bathroom with a very spacious shower. Additionally, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains.

Hi! My name is Alice, and I’m from Valle d’Aosta, but I live in Austria with my husband and two children, ages 4 years and 2 months old. I’ve had my flat renovated so that I can use it when my family and I come home to Italy and decided to rent it out during the periods when we’re not using it. In 5 minutes, you can easily reach the city centre without a car (the car park in front of the house is one of the closest to the centre and is also free). Do you love craft beers? On the main street, I recommend getting an apéritif at the 'Rouge et Noir' bar, they offer a big range of beers. If you like wine, I recommend an apéritif at 'Borracho'. Dinner at Borracho is also fantastic! Don't forget to reserve a table the day before, though, because the restaurant is always full! Another restaurant I recommend that’s within walking distance is 'Lo Chalet', where you can enjoy very good and reasonably priced Valdostan food. The ambience is also very nice. If you're looking for a slightly different, special evening, I recommend "Bobby's" - they have divine burgers made with special ingredients that are completely out of the ordinary. The setting is beautiful; it is the most aesthetically pleasing establishment in Saint-Vincent. Their food is super fresh and their meals are made to order, and they have a great selection of craft beers. It's also a perfect place for families with children. The casino is a five-minute walk away, and the spa is about 15 minutes away by foot or less than five minutes away by car. The flat is very conveniently located. During the day, you can easily reach all the attractions of the Aosta Valley, while in the evening you can enjoy being close to the city centre without having to drive. This will also allow you to enjoy a nice apéritif without having to think about how you’ll get home. :-) Enjoy your holidays!
