Maison de Fleurs is located in Malgrate and a 7min walk from the lake. Malgrate has a beautiful lakefront from which it is possible to admire the city of Lecco in all its naturalistic context between the lake and the mountains and this is what makes it more precious and unique. There is also a mini free beach where you can enjoy some relaxation and swim in the summer months. Activities in the surrounding areas: hiking and cycling. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms in which one includes a living room. In the bathroom there is a bathtub/shower, shower bidet and a washing machine and you can use it at no additional cost (a drying rack is also available for guests). There are two balconies in the bedrooms with a view of the mountain and these allow good brightness throughout the apartment. Nearby there are: Malgrate-Lecco bus stop, grocery store, bar, tobacconist, newsagent, hospital, petrol stations, restaurants and "Eurospin" supermarket, all reachable on foot or by car. Lecco is connected to Malgrate and can be reached in 30min on foot (5min by car). Malgrate is just 2,5km from Lecco and its train station. Malgrate is served by a public transport service that connects it directly to Lecco (line 4), Bellagio (line 10) and Como (line C40). Bus stops for these lines are between 3-10 minutes from the apartment. Lecco/Malgrate can be reached from Milan with a direct train in 45 minutes and by car in about 1h and from Como/Bergamo by car or train in 45min-1h.
