Beautifully converted 1860s farmhouse with balinese-style pool and magnificent vistas hugging the Sicilian coastline. Located in Marina di Ragusa, the far south-east end of Sicily, Mangiabove is set in an amid idyllic landscape, dotted with tropical plants surrounding a palm-fringed infinity pool, Mangiabove appears to be perched on a terrace overlooking the deep blue waters of the Mediterranean sea. Beautifully converted, this old farmhouse is both rural and sophisticated. This blend is also visible in the guiding principles of the tasteful renovation of what used to be a 1860s ricotta farmhouse. Old limestones and traditional cane-mesh have been splendidly preserved and grafted with new features in metal, concrete and marble. The earthy color palette of muted pinks and yellows sets itself against the natural azure hues of the sky and the sea.
