The apartment has been recently renovated, the furnishings are new and designed to ensure maximum comfort. Access to the apartment is on the ground floor at a large porch, usable by guests and overlooking the garden. The pedestrian entrance is independent of the rest of the villa and inside the property it is possible to admit bicycles and the car. The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessed via a staircase. The living room is large and comes with an open kitchen, a sofa bed a round table for 4 people. The bedroom is private and has a chest of drawers and hangers. In the hallway leading to the bedroom a large wardrobe has been installed to store clothes and suitcases and in which the washing machine is stored. The bathroom is cozy and very comfortable: equipped with a shower. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a large closet of about 10 m2. The marvels of the apartment are certainly the large terrace overlooking the lake, about 2 meters deep and 8 meters wide, that provides enough space for sun loungers, umbrella and dining table for 4 people.

The house is located in the hills, but near to the center of the town. From here you can easily move on foot or by bike to reach the center, where you will find a supermarket and everything you need for daily needs. Lenno is a pretty village, characterized by a very long pedestrian area overlooking the lake, without cars. There you can find bars and restaurants of any type and taste. The most well-known place in Lenno is the Villa Balbianello, an authentic archirectonic and naturalistic spectacle that has ancient origins and is of certain interest for a visit on foot or by boat. Lenno is an ancient village, whose origins date back to the Roman period. There are still remains of ancient buildings such as the Romanesque baptistery located in the main square and a Benedictine abbey to visit at just over 1 h of walking. The famous Comacina island, theater of very ancient prehistoric battles, reachable by boat or for those who want, by swimming across the channel.
