The interiors, about 60 sqm, offer an informal and comfortable atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. Two separate areas host two double beds, ideal for families or small groups of up to four people. The living area, with a sofa and dining space, is perfect for shared moments, whether it’s a home-cooked dinner or a relaxing evening together. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional, designed for guests who want to enjoy the home without compromise, while the bathroom is practical and well organized. Then there is that special moment every day that makes this place unique: stepping out onto the small terrace and letting your gaze meet the sea. On the ground floor, the garden opens into a spacious and enjoyable outdoor area: a place where children can play freely, where you can read in the shade during the hottest hours, or spend evenings outdoors. Pets are welcome, provided they are well-behaved and accustomed to living with other animals, as the owners' dog also lives on the property.
