Located in Rosignano Marittimo, Tuscany, this 55 m² holiday home accommodates up to 4 guests. It offers a unique double bedroom with hand-painted wall decorations and furniture, a living room/kitchen with a double sofa bed for two more guests, and a bathroom featuring a crystal sink and handmade tile-inspired decorations. The private kitchen is well equipped, and you will find a TV and a barbecue for preparing and enjoying meals during your stay. A small, mostly shaded terrace overlooking the hills is perfect for coffee or reading. Outside, step through the front door and gate to access a private garden, shared with the owner, ideal for relaxing or dining outdoors under a spacious porch, using the barbecue. For your convenience, there is shared parking outside the gate on private property, reserved for guests. Events and pets are not allowed. Air conditioning or heating is located in the hallway between the living area, bathroom, and bedroom, and is available on request for an extra charge. Bed linen and towels can also be provided on request for an extra charge.
