Warm hospitality and professionalism are the values that guide us every day. Our goal is to make your stay in Rome as pleasant, comfortable and smooth as possible. To help us prepare everything for your arrival, we kindly ask you to let us know your expected arrival time in advance. Please don't take this as a formal requirement or a limitation — we simply need to know when to expect you so that we can organize the welcome and make sure everything is ready for you. 😊 Late arrivals: A surcharge of EUR 35 applies for arrivals after regular check-in hours, while a surcharge of EUR 50 applies for arrivals after 00:00 (midnight). All late-arrival requests are subject to confirmation by the property. Breakfast: A typical Italian sweet breakfast is available at a popular bakery nearby, where you can enjoy a coffee or cappuccino together with a delicious Italian pastry.
