Located half way between the sea and Ostuni, Masseria Valente is an 18th-century masseria, a characteristic Puglia farm house, set in a 37-hectare garden. Masseria Valente and 'a structure immersed in the countryside of Ostuni in the sunny high Salento, exactly halfway between the historic center and the beaches and the sea. The farmhouse, surrounded by greenery and a 37-hectare natural park, and 'calm, friendly and cared for a last minute stay, a peaceful overnight stay or a relaxing holiday, ideal for couples or groups. A few minutes from the sea and the old town of Ostuni you can enjoy a good breakfast in a collection location within the walls of a magnificent orange grove with the scents and colors of nature. The buffet is full of homemade cakes, breads, organic oil, milk, jams we produce, seasonal fruits, cereals, fresh yogurt, freshly squeezed orange juice and good coffee. The angle of the salty, gives local products. Every day is a discovery and a great desire to have breakfast. Our restaurant celebrates the Mediterranean and the ancient traditional local cuisine accompanied by an excellent olive oil from organic farming of our production and some products from our organic garden. In addition, guests can visit our underground oil mill in 1600.

Masseria Valente is located in the territory of Ostuni, in the middle of the Puglia region, in a strategic position for excursions in the surrounding areas. You will find a few km, Alberobello, Castellana Grotte, Locorotondo, Marina Franca, Cisternino, Brindisi, Lecce, Bari Polignano a Mare but especially my favorite city, where the connubbio land - sea, creates a very picturesque coastal landscape.
