The apartment is a few meters away from Piazza del Duomo and from all the main monuments. * In summer, in the evening and at night, there may be a noisy vitality, which could inevitably cause some annoying noise. • It has an independent hall, a dining room with a sofa, a dining table, 4 chairs and a smaller table, and a tiny yet functional, well-equipped kitchen which also includes a dining table and a cozy and sunlit balcony. The bedroom is large and includes a queen-size bed, a drawer and a spacious closet with mirror. Lastly, the bathroom is complete with a bath tub and a fully functional washing machine. • I will be personally welcoming you and providing you with all the information you might need for your holiday. Save binding duties, I will be at your disposal during the whole stay. I will take care of changing towels and blankets on a weekly basis (with no extra charge).

The apartment is a few meters away from Piazza del Duomo and from all the main monuments • The apartment is also nearby many nature trails, including the Giro della Rocca, overlooking the Spoletinian valley, among the most suggestive in Italy, and which leads to the Ponte delle Torri, an ancient and magnificent aqueduct built in the XIII century, unfortunately at the moment it is not practicable because it is closed for restoration. • There is no private parking lot but the apartment is well connected to several ones nearby via escalators and travelators. Being in the city center it is can be also easily reached from the train station. Lastly, it is also well served by the main bus lines.
