Property info

The apartment is on the second floor without lift of the Villa Trotti Bentivoglio, one of the historic and elegant villas on Lake Como. Built in the early 18th century, it was renovated over the years with the addition of important decorative structures. The majestic secular park that runs along the shore of the Lake is rich in age-old and rare plants, a true botanical garden.

Neighborhood info

Villa Trotti is located in San Giovanni, a small fraction of Bellagio, about 1.5 km from the center of Bellagio, which can be reached by bus, boat and tourist train. A few steps you can access the public beach, where there is also a snack bar. In the main square of S. Giovanni there is a restaurant where you can taste the typical cuisine based on fish from the lake, while at the entrance of the villa there is a bar and a laundromat.
